Recovery Housing

Alumni House

Alumni House PictureAlumni House is a transitional housing facility for men and women in recovery from alcoholism and drug addictions. Since its inception in 1996, Alumni House has provided a stable living environment where men and women can learn new habits, cultivate new perceptions, develop the ability to make sound decisions, build character, and practice accountability. Alumni House is part of Gateway’s tiered recovery housing program which transitions residents up a housing ladder that delivers increasingly more independence. The facility houses 23 men and 17 women with residents typically staying two to three months.

Independence Village

Independence Village PictureMany Alumni House residents move to Gateway’s Independence Village, which provides long-term apartment accommodations on the Alumni House campus.

This transitional housing enables clients to function independently while living in a less restrictive structured environment located on the Alumni House campus.

Magnolia Row

Located in Jacksonville's historic Riverside District, Magnolia Row provides recovery housing for women with children. Families living in Magnolia Row's three side-by-side bungalows share a common back yard and a common goal -- to live a rich and rewarding life alcohol and drug free.

Additional Recovery Housing

Gateway provides additional recovery housing to men and women as several locations throughout Jacksonville. To learn more, contact us at recoveryhousing@gatewaycommunity.com
