Outpatient Treatment

Gateway provides Intervention Services and several levels of Outpatient Treatment at our  Stockton Street location. You may be referred to these services by calling Gateway at 1-877-389-9966 to determine the most appropriate level of service.

Intervention Services

Intervention programs educate clients who have been identified as potentially having problems with substance misuse. Information regarding the misuse of drugs and alcohol is provided to clients in this program. Drug screens are required from program participants. Clients attend six two hour sessions one day per week.

Outpatient Treatment Services
Gateway has three levels of outpatient treatment, each with specific time commitments for those diagnosed with substance dependence. Before clients are admitted to many of our outpatient programs, they must attend four two hour Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET) groups.   Our traditional outpatient services program, the least restrictive level of care, meets from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. either one or two times per week. Our next level of care, day-night, meets three hours a day, four days a week, for six to 12 weeks. Clients can also attend our Intensive Outpatient program three evenings per week from 6pm to 9pm.

If you, or someone you know, has a problem with drugs or alcohol, call Gateway toll-free at 1-877-389-9966 to schedule an assessment.
